Planning your puppy’s journey home

Homecoming is exciting, and I want you to understand the travel plan before you book. We consider your puppy’s age, size, comfort, route, and the practical details of meeting at the other end.

Ground transportation and flight-nanny arrangements are discussed individually. An in-cabin nanny can stay with your puppy when the airline, carrier, and itinerary allow it. Some puppies and routes need a different plan.

Before we make arrangements

We confirm pickup, handover, paperwork, carrier fit, travel-day care, and what happens if a delay changes the itinerary. You should have a written plan and full estimate, including airline charges and responsibility for additional expenses, before committing.

Flight-nanny fees

$350 base fee: includes the first eight-hour block of combined air travel required by the nanny.

$200 per additional eight-hour air-travel block: charged when the initial block is exceeded and for each further block. Room charges and expenses required for your puppy are additional.

$250 emergency per diem: applies to unexpected disruptions such as weather or airline delays, rather than a missed connection caused by the nanny. Room charges and puppy expenses are additional. We confirm how this applies to your itinerary before travel.

Travel remains subject to airline acceptance, weather, and route requirements. We will discuss the arrangements for your particular puppy rather than assume one option works for everyone.
