Guided Puppy Development
More time to learn with me
Sometimes a family wants more time for their puppy to learn before coming home. I can continue that work here: crate comfort, toileting routines, gentle handling, engagement, and experiences suited to the puppy’s age and confidence.
I want you to understand what your puppy has learned and how to continue at home. We talk about your household, practice, rest, and the questions that come up as you settle into life together.
What that time includes
Additional puppy development is $3,000 per month. That includes crate and potty-training foundations, daily socialization and engagement, veterinary and vaccine care, and ear care and posting when applicable. After enrollment, we agree on availability, duration, and the plan for your puppy before you commit to this additional service.
Getting ready for your home
I will explain the routines and cues we have practiced, where your puppy is comfortable, and what still needs work. We discuss your first days together so you can build on what your puppy knows. Learning changes with age and a new environment; extra time here does not promise a finished dog, perfect house training, finished ears, or service-dog suitability.
You will continue the daily practice at home, and I will stay available to help. Current JDV owners have unlimited access to me by text and phone, with video calls when a demonstration makes something easier to understand.
